We also believe the automation of organizational communications has been largely ignored. A missing piece in the technology landscape.
Cloud, mobile, and AI technologies have created an unprecedented opportunity to automate organizational communications.
But solving the problem is more than adding another channel . . . more than adding a mobile app. It’s tackling the broader communication challenge. It’s automating the complete employer-employee communication lifecycle.
It’s easy-to-use tools that enable you to create, manage, and measure communications. Tools that align communications with organizational strategy . . . that deepen employees’ connection to business purpose . . . that make them feel a part of achieving the organization’s goals.
It’s communication coaching that makes everyone a better communicator . . . that enables you to develop compelling and relevant content . . . and to reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.
It’s listening to continuous employee feedback that gives employees a voice and you a way to identify risks and opportunities. And a way to address those risks and opportunities with better communications.
It’s a direct connection to every employee . . . everywhere . . . every time.
It’s meaningful employee engagement.

Bill Ericson has been working with startups his entire career, and partners with strong-minded entrepreneurs who want to create big markets. “Our mission is to partner with entrepreneurs at the very earliest stage of development and work with them to launch on the best possible trajectory,” he says. “That requires patience and stamina from both the investor and entrepreneur — it’s like a marriage that way. The best companies we’ve funded have had to launch against the odds and build and maintain momentum. We help entrepreneurs make as few mistakes as possible by applying our extensive experience and networks to give them an edge.” Bill’s investment focus is the Digitization of Health Care, Cloud and Enterprise Infrastructure, and Quantitative Marketing and Advertising. Bill has led investments in transformative technology companies, including Rocket Fuel (NASDAQ: FUEL), Pacific Biosciences (NYSE: PACB), Adamas Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ADMS), Ticketfly (acquired by NASDAQ:P), Verinata (acquired by NASDAQ:ILMN), OpenDNS (acquired by NASDAQ:CSCO), and Sabrix (acquired by NYSE:TRI). Bill’s current private companies include Altiscale, Healthtap, Splice Machine, Neon Labs, Visible Measures, Audience Science, nLight Photonics, and RainDance Technologies.
