Which would you prefer: Go through Open Enrollment or do just about anything else?

INTRODUCTION:

Is Open Enrollment your favorite season of the year?  For the vast majority of employees, the answer is a resounding no according to the recently published VSP Open Enrollment survey.  We probably would have guessed respondents preferred open enrollment to cleaning a teen's bathroom, but is it better than doing taxes or buying a car?  Most respondents would choose just about anything - including taxes - over the annual rite of benefits selection. So what can we do to ratchet open enrollment up on the list? Deliver engaging, informative content that instills confidence in decision making.
